5 Days and Counting to the Big Event!
Since my audience consists of entrepreneurs that desire to use speaking to grow their business, I thought I’d share of the less “glamorous” details that go into producing a big event like this…so here’s your “sneak peek”!
Even though I’ve hosted many a “Cracking the Confidence Code” Workshops, they’ve all been different. The size of my audience has varied just like the number of slides I use seems to go up and up… and even though this is an “introductory” level workshop, I always change the way I teach the Character Code™ System. After all, as an entrepreneur, you learn and grow with your business. As I learn new things, I want to share them with you.
If this is your first time attending, I’m so excited for you to learn the Character Code™ System! It’s such a powerful tool for speaking, sales, marketing and networking. But I’m also excited for those of you that are coming for the second, third or fourth time: you get to learn the Character Code™ System in a completely different way that will give you new, exciting ideas about how to expand your business and connect with your ideal clients.
One amazing thing I have learned throughout this process of creating content and re-creating content is: establishing a calendar of “deadlines” that leads you to your event. So, even though there’s been a plethora of changes around here, there are still ezines and blogs to write, packing lists of supplies that need to be brought organized by category based on where it goes in the room or for what activity. It is much easier to be in the moment or complete a task if you aren’t worrying about what you are afraid you will forget so even in the midst of exciting change, some things remain (comfortably) the same.
Which allows me to focus on my audience– YOU–which is the necessary frame of mind for the hot HOT content I can’t wait to share with you in just FIVE days.

Project lists are such a great idea… especially with tasks that seem so “big.” Even the big things are manageable if you take them one step at a time.
